What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us. That is the information you type into the quote form, and whatever you tell us on the phone when you book or ask about a rental.
That normally means your name, your phone number, the delivery address or the general area of the job, the dates you need, and the units you are asking about. If you describe the site, the access route or the headcount, we keep that too, because it is what lets us quote the job properly.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we hold it
We use it to answer your enquiry, to price the job, to schedule delivery, servicing and collection, and to contact you about a booking that is already running. If you become a customer, we keep the job record so we can service the unit on schedule and deal with anything that goes wrong.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
The people who need it to do the work. That is our office staff and the crew running the delivery or the service visit.
Some of it sits with the suppliers who run our systems, such as the company hosting this website and the service behind the quote form. They hold it on our behalf and are not free to use it for anything else.
We will hand information over if the law requires it, for example a lawful request from a public authority.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that never turn into a booking are kept only as long as they are useful, then removed. Records tied to a real job are kept longer, because tax and accounting rules require it.
Cookies and measurement
This site is served as plain pages. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch the font file.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call the number on this site and tell us what you want done.
If you no longer want us to contact you about an enquiry, say so and we will stop.
Children
This site is aimed at people arranging site services and equipment. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
