Every quote covers the equipment rental, weekly service visits where applicable, and delivery. A standard unit runs from around $100 to $350 per day depending on length of rental and your location within the Charlotte metro. An ADA accessible porta potty costs more because it requires a 60 inch turning circle and a 36 inch clear door opening per ADA Standards section 404.2.3, plus an extra service visit per week. A restroom trailer with multiple stalls and flushing toilets costs significantly more but works well for events and longer jobs. Dumpster rental varies by size and duration; a one-week rental typically runs $426 to $778. Septic tank pumping depends on tank size and how full it is. We also quote grease trap pumping, handwashing stations, temporary fencing and storage containers as add-ons.

Do you deliver outside Charlotte?

Yes. We serve Matthews, Mint Hill, Mount Holly, Stallings, Huntersville, Harrisburg, Indian Trail, Fort Mill, Cornelius, Monroe, Kannapolis and Rock Hill. Deliveries beyond 25 miles may add a fuel surcharge.

What if I need handwashing stations too?

OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities where employees handle paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides. We quote handwashing stations with soap and towel dispensers per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2). Hand sanitizer alone doesn't meet the standard.

Can you help with dumpster permits?

Construction dumpsters in Charlotte's public right-of-way need a Right-of-Way Use Permit from the Charlotte Department of Transportation. The permit application goes through their online portal with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. We're familiar with the process but you'll handle the permit directly through CDOT.

What's the difference between a standard porta potty and a deluxe unit?

A standard unit has a gravity flush, hand sanitizer and one-ply toilet paper. A deluxe has a flushing toilet, hand soap, better ventilation and a larger holding tank. Deluxe costs more per day but feels cleaner on longer jobs.
