Prices on this site
Every figure on this site is a typical market range for this metro, not a quote. Prices are shown so you can budget, and they are reviewed periodically rather than tracked live.
The number that binds is the one we give you for your address, your dates and your unit count, in writing, after we have understood the site. A range on a page is not an offer.
Quotes and bookings
A quote is valid for the dates and the scope it was issued against. A booking exists once we confirm it, not when the form is submitted.
Tell us the truth about the site. Access width, ground surface, gradient, gate codes, parking restrictions and how far the truck can get from the placement point all change what is possible and what it costs. If the site turns out to be different from what was described, we may need to re-quote or reschedule.
Delivery, servicing and collection
We agree a delivery window rather than a fixed minute, because routing depends on the other jobs that day and on traffic.
Someone must give us safe, legal access at both delivery and collection. If the truck cannot reach the placement point, or a vehicle is blocking it, we may not be able to complete the visit.
Servicing runs to the schedule agreed for your job. Heavier use than described needs more frequent visits, not a larger tank.
Your responsibilities while the unit is on site
Keep the unit reachable for the service truck. Do not move it yourself. A unit dragged across a yard can crack the base or unseat the tank.
Nothing may go into a unit except normal use and the paper supplied. Paint, solvent, fuel, concrete washout, hot ashes and building rubble all cause damage and create a disposal problem, and the cost of dealing with that falls to you.
Roll-off containers carry weight limits by container size and debris type. Loading past the limit, or loading prohibited material, means overage or rejection charges.
Permits
Placement on private property normally needs no permit. Placement in the public right of way in Charlotte may require a permit from the City. Unless we have agreed in writing to handle it, obtaining the permit is your responsibility, and we cannot place a unit in the right of way without it.
Damage and loss
Fair wear is expected. Damage beyond that, or loss of the unit while it is in your care, is chargeable at the cost of repair or replacement.
Liability
We are responsible for doing the work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by things outside our control, including severe weather, road closures and restricted site access.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of North Carolina.
